WINRAAZ is a free educational revision and study-material platform for CBSE Class 11 & 12 students and NEET/JEE aspirants. This policy explains in simple language what the Website currently does with information, and how that may change as the Website grows. WINRAAZ is an independent project and is not affiliated with CBSE, NCERT, NTA, NEET or JEE authorities.
2. User Accounts & Personal Information
WINRAAZ currently does not require users to create an account or log in to access its freely available study materials. If account-based features are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain what information is collected, why it is collected, and how it is handled.
WINRAAZ currently does not require visitors to provide personal information, such as name, email address or phone number, to access the free study material.
3. Analytics
WINRAAZ may use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand general website traffic and usage. Analytics may collect technical and usage information such as pages viewed, traffic sources, device and browser information, and similar aggregated website-usage data. This information is collected and processed by Google according to Google's applicable policies, and we use it only to understand how the Website is used and to improve it.
4. Information Stored Locally in Your Browser
To make the Website more convenient, a small amount of data is saved using your browser's built-in localStorage — on your own device. It is not currently sent to or stored on WINRAAZ's servers:
- Your light/dark theme preference
- Chapters you have bookmarked
- Your font-size preference for reading
- Your reading progress within each chapter
This data lives only on the specific device and browser you used — it does not sync across devices, is not currently uploaded to WINRAAZ's servers, and is not visible to us or to other visitors. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for WINRAAZ, which will simply reset these preferences to their defaults.
5. Offline Access (Service Worker)
WINRAAZ works as a Progressive Web App and uses a browser service worker to cache pages, styles and scripts on your device, so chapters you've already opened remain readable even when you're offline. This caching happens entirely within your own browser's storage and does not involve collecting, transmitting, or sharing any personal data with us or anyone else.
6. Advertising
WINRAAZ may display advertisements through third-party advertising services such as Google AdSense. Advertising providers may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure advertisements. Whether any ads, including personalized ads, are shown to a particular visitor can vary depending on the services active at the time, the visitor's location and the visitor's browser or device settings. Those providers handle information under their own privacy policies.
7. Cookies
WINRAAZ may use cookies or similar technologies through third-party services such as analytics and advertising, when those services are active. These cookies are set by the third-party providers, not by WINRAAZ itself. WINRAAZ itself does not currently set its own advertising cookies; your preferences (theme, bookmarks, font size, reading progress) are stored using your browser's localStorage as described above. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings.
8. Your Choices
You may clear your browser's cache or site data for WINRAAZ at any time to reset your locally stored preferences. You can also use your browser's cookie settings, or the controls offered by Google and other providers, to limit analytics and advertising cookies. Because WINRAAZ does not currently collect personal information through accounts or forms, there is currently no personal profile held by WINRAAZ for you to request, correct or delete. WINRAAZ is designed for Class 11 & 12 students preparing for board and competitive exams, many of whom may be minors. WINRAAZ currently does not intentionally require students to submit personal information merely to access the free study material. Parents and guardians are encouraged to guide younger users in their general use of the internet.
10. Future Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated when WINRAAZ introduces new features, such as user accounts or login, premium courses, subscriptions or payments, additional analytics, advertising, or other features that involve personal information. When that happens, the policy will be updated to describe those changes accurately, and the "Last updated" date on this page will change.

If WINRAAZ links to external websites, those sites are independently operated and have their own privacy practices, for which WINRAAZ is not responsible.
